BRITISH NAVAL OFFICER Rec. 11 a.m. TOKYO. May 23. The Supreme Court refused the appeal of the liritish Navv on behalf of Lieutenant Vincent Peters for mitigation of a sentence of live years' imprisonment imposed in Osaka Appellate Court in .lulv. 103 S. on a charge of violation of the military secret protection law.
