ULSTER CONSCRIPTION
LEADERS GO TO LONDON Rec. 4 p.m. BELFAST, May 23. The Prime Minister of Ulster, Mr. John Millar Andrews, accompanied by Messrs. Glentoran and Jonn F. Gordon, has gone to London at the request of Mr. Churchill to discuss conscription in Ulster. The "Daily Telegraph" says the Ulster Ministers are unanimously in favour of conscription. Before Mr. Andrews departed the Unionist Council gave nim a free hand.
