BORING FOR OIL
OVERHAUL AT MOBERE (P.A.) GISBORNE, this day. The New Zealand Petroleum Company reports that at Morere (East Coast) the engines are being overhauled and rig repaired preparatory to restarting boring operations. The depth at Midhlrst (Taranaki) Is 8813 feet and there Is no change In formation.
