APPEAL ADJOURNED

FITTER AND TURNER In view of the scarcity o£ good fitters and turners, Binns Engineering Company, Limited, appealed for one of their men, Frederick William Carr, when the No. 1 Armed Forces Appeal Board met to-day. Carr had worked an average of about 10 hours a week overtime over a considerable period. The firm was engaged on important work in connection with shipping.

The appeal was adjourned sine die so long as appellant remained in his present employment.
