Instead of everything being free a small amount was charged for entering the competitions, and all profits were for the Patriotic Fund. April 17. 1041. Dear Peter Pan: i am writing ou behalf of the Orua Hay School, which has sent the enclosed £1. Wo school children are still selling vegetables and also keeping on with the penny day scheme, where each child brings a penny or more each Wednesday.
