The Government meteorologist issued to thr "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Aockland Province lo as fir south as Hamilton, Kawhla and Tauranga:— South x) south-east nine!, fresh at first in some exposed positions, otherwise moderate. Weather fair to fine, with moderate temperatures. Seas moderate, with a swell on the cast coast. A cyclone is centred south-east, of the Kertnadec Islands, while an anti-cyclone extends from the west across New Zealand. HAURAKI GULF CONDITION'S. The following report of weather conditions in the Haoraki Gulf was received from Tiritiri Island at noon to-day:— Wind, south-south-west: sea. rouch: weather, fine but cloudy: visibility, good: barometer, steady.
