The charge* against Huyb Da\id| Welsh, aged 19. a sharc-milkc:\ of Fair- I field of the theft of six gallons of petrol on August 9 and a further fix gallons j on August 10 from Mr. E. J. Carson, aj farmer, of Rototuna. were reheard byMr. S. L. Paterson, S.M., in the Hamilton Police Court yesterday. Accused was ordered to come up for i -entente if called upon in 12 months. , He was also ordered to pay the costs of both hearings.
