Matters concerning the Lighting

Restrictions Emergency Regulation* were, distilled at a conference held in the City Council Chamber this morning. The Hon. 1!. Sempie, Minister of National Service, and the Dominion Lighting Controller, .Mr. F. T. M. Kissel, were present. The conference, was not open to the Press.

Seen after the meeting. Mr. Scni|>le said that no statement could he made as ye.t, adding that the matter was still under discussion.
