(P A.) HASTINGS, this day. When the truck he was driving overturned at the intersection of Waimaratua and Temata Roads at 6.25 o'clock last evening, a Maori, Mr. Mahu Puku August, aged 38, was killed instantly. When Mr. August was removed from the truck a few minutes after the crash it was found that he had died of severe head injuries.
