(P.A.) WELLINGTON, this day.! As a result of. conversations he had had with Ministers and representatives of the primary producers in New Zealand, the Hon. H. L. Anthony, Commonwealth Assistant Minister of Finance, ■ said to-day that he had come to the i conclusion that the meat restrictions in j Australia were far mor2 severe than anything yet applied in New Zealand. "To us it appears inevitable that, 1 with the shipping restrictions that are inevitable, measures will have to be taken by both countries to meet the changing circumstances brought about by the war."
