DECREE NISI GRANTED.

CONTESTED DIVORCE CASE. Affer hearing evidence yesterday the jpry found that adultery had been committed and a decree nisi was granted with costs on the lower scale in a petition brought by F.dward Edwards, canister worker (Mr. M. Robinson), who sought divorce from Muriel Edwards, to whom lie was married iii 103 G. The petition was heard before Mr. Justice Blair in the Supreme Court. Mr. Sullivan appeared for Stanley Crane, plumber, who was named as the corespondent, and who denied allegations.

Mr. Sullivan was allowed a week in which to consider moving for a new trial.
