MEN FOR CAMP.
TERRITORIAL UNITS.
Arrangements in respect to territorial units which are to be mobilised nextweek provide for the concentration of troops from to-morrow until Thursday, a plan having been adopted to reduce strain on transport at a time when the Railway Department has to handle heavy holiday traffic. Most of the men have been drawn from the second ballot and from those. called up in the first ballot who had their service postponed until this month. In the case of the Ist Battalion, Auckland Regiment, the men leaving next weak are those balloted reinforcements who before Christmas were in camp at the Epsom Show Grounds. They are going to Xgaruawahia to complete their course.
In addition to the territorial mobilisation, the Fifth Reinforcements of the Expeditionary Force are also going to camp next week. As already announced, the Auckland men leave on Monday and Wednesday.
