The Dies Committee has urged Congress to outlaw all political groups controlled from abroad. The committee is aleo investigating periodic transfers of considerable sums from the Russian State Bank Account, New York, to German bank accounts, also held in New York, which were revealed during an investigation into Nazi propaganda activities.
