Many Ships To Load For United States. BRITAIN'S STRATEGIC RESERVE (Rec. 5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Jan. 3. An agreement was completed to-day with a group of shipping companies to transport £250,000,000 worth of British owned Australian wool to the United States as a strategic reserve.
