GRAIN AND PRODUCE.
LITTLE BUSINESS IN SOUTH. (P.A.) CHRIBTCHURCH. Friday. The grain and produce markets are at present exceptionally quiet, more so than they usually are at this time of the year. It is not expected that there will be a great deal or interest in any line now until after the Christmas break, when the new season's crops will begin to make their appearance. There Is little business of any sort doing, apart from odd wholesale Inquiries for small seeds and a restricted demand for chaff.
