You then fill the jrlass and. laving a piece of paper or thin card over the top, you dexterously turn the upside down on the t-ahle and then, drawing away the paper, you leave the waiter in the gla&s. with its foot upwards. It will therefore he impossible to remove the glass firom the table without spilling ev*ery drop.
