BANANA GONDOLA.

Xext time you eat a banana save the skin from it and make thw pretty little gondola with it. Split the skin once from end to enil <tK*t\veoii the part where the end* turn up. If you fix a matchstick :icro*« the inside of the skin it will keep it o)ien, Xow cut a piece of fairly thin card. curve it. and fix it at one end of the skin. On it you could draw or cut out lit'tle window* and add little coloured paper curtains. Paint the whole model in very brijrht colours, and tien it is ready to float on a bowl or pond of water. If it fails to stand up properly fix a little weight to the bottom of the gondola.
