At a fitting in bajikrupU-y of the Supreme Court before Mr. Justice Fair to-day the Official Assignee, Mr. A. W. Watters moved for an order dissolving the Jvaretu Timber Company, Limited. The assignee said the application was made some time ago, but it was thought that the receiver might dee ire the company kept on the register. A letter to the receiver had elicited no response, so there seemed no reason why the dissolution should not be granted.
