THAILAND BOMBED
RAID BY FRENCH. Planes Machine-G.un Streets, Injure Civilians. (Reed, noon.) LONDON, Nov. 28. A Bangkok message says it is officially stated that five French planes bombed Nakoriphanomj injuring six people. It is stated that Thailand planes are at present effecting widespread retaliatory raids on military objectives in Indo-China. French planes at 8 a.m., without warning, says another message, swooped down on Nakoriphanom and machine-gunned streets and injured a man and a woman. Later they dropped two bombs, injuring three policemen and a girl. A Hanoi message says an observer, returning from Thailand, reports that the Siamese are employing loudspeakers equipped on motor boats along the .Mekong River to broadcast against the French in an attempt to arouse the iiitt ive*. The Japanese 7'ore'gn Ollice has announced the transfer of the trade negotiations between Japan and Indo-China from Hanoi to Tokyo "at the request of the French authorities." The negotiations will open in late December. The French are sending over 20 delegates from France in addition to an Indo-China delegation headed by M. Charles Aresenhenry.
