Egypt's Defence Minister Has Heart Seizure. ON WAY TO MEET KING FAROUK (Reed. 0.30 a.m.) CAIRO, Nov. 27. The Minister of Defence, Younis Pasha Saleh. died suddenly from heart failure while travelling j n a train to meet King Farouk in connection with the opening of a new public works project. The Minister was about t>o years of age and was given the portfolio of Defence three weeks ago.
