OBITUARY.

MR. E. J. ADAMS.

FRANKLIN JERSEY BREEDER. One of Franklin's prominent agriculturists and Jersey cattle brooders. Mr. Edward Joseph Adams, has died at the Auckland Hospital in his oSth year. The only son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Adams, pioneer settlors. Mr. Adams was born and educated at Puni, near Pukekobe. He founded the well-known Rosedale Jersey Stud. He was a foundation member and former president of the Franklin Jersey Breeders' Club. He is survived by Mrs. Adams, two sons and one daughter.
