Heading the double-feature bill coming t° the Roxy and Tivoli Theatres to-morrow is Columbia's spy melodrama "Passport to Alcatraz," originally a timely screen play by Albert de Mond and now produced as a still more timely epy melodrama dealing with the bogus passport racket used by foreign powers to smuggle their agents into America. Jack Holt is presented as an investigator assigned to work with the Government who worms his way into the confidnce of the gang and attempts to learn who is the master nynd behind the epy ring., Cecilia Calejo and Noah Beery, jun., account for the romantic angle, while Mnxie -Bosertbloom supplies the comedy relief.
