ULSTER ASSOCIATION.

The monthly meeting of the Ulster Association drew a record attendance of members. Mr. D. K. Duncan, president, and Mrs. Duncan acted as host and hostess, and Mr. H. B. Burnett was chairman. The chairman announced the gift of a very fine collection of books to the association by Mr. T. E.JMontgomery, and the fact that a library has been started. Items were contributed by the Auckland Juvenile Choir, conducted by Miss Holmes?. Miss Margarete Cadness, Miss Eileen Rainey, Master Ron Jones, Master lan Butterworth, Master Anderson and Master Taberner. A display of conjuring was given by Mr. Grace. Mr. Todd contributed elocutionary items, and the ladies' committee gave a humorous eWade.
