AUCKLANDER WOUNDED.
AIRMAN WHO WON D.F.M.
An Auckland D.F.M. winner, PlightSergeant Edwin Peter Williams, has been wounded on active service. Advice to this effect lias been received by his mother, Mrs. G. Williams, of Mission Bay, from the New Zealand High Commissioner, Mr. W. J. Jordan, who states that Flight-Sergeant Williams suffered extensive injuries. He is in hospital in England and is .now progressing favourably. A brother, Corporal E. R. Williams, is also in the air force, and is stationed at Hobsonville.
