ANOTHER SUBURBAN BEAUTY SPOT IN THE MAKING.—A new park of one and a half acres is being constructed in Marsden Avenue (Domain Road). by the Mount Eden Borough Council. It will be set in lawn, flower beds and seals. Later* playing gear for children may be installed. At the present it is k n °Wn a& Marsden Park* but when the time for the official opening arrives it has been suggested that the name should be Centennial Park-
