BAN AGAIN LIFTED.
TE RAP A SPECIAL. CAMP. HAMILTON, this day. The isolation ban on troops at the special Te Rapa camp has. again been lifted, but the question of leave for the men has been suspended pending the' consideration of the matter by the Northern Military District headquarters.
