BRITAIN GRANTS RELEASE. (Reed. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 12. Mr. Shunsuke Tanabe, acting-chief of the London branch of the Mitsui Bussan Kaislia, who was arrested in London in August under the Alieue Order, has been released. s The arrest was made shortly after the arrests of a number of British subjects in Japan, but it was denied that it was a reprisal for the Japanese action.
