Notico Is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Albert Borough Council, held on Tuesday, the ,27th day of August, 1040, the following Resolution wag passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held, on TUESDAY, the 24th day of September, 1040, at 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, 539, New North Road, Auckland. RESOLUTION. The Mount Albert Borough Council, acting in pursuance of the powers conferred upon It by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1933, and Section 41 of the Finance Act, 1031 (No. 2), and all other powers and authorities it in any way enabling, doth hereby make the following By-law. The object and purpose of the proposed By-law Is to amend and extend By-law No. 1 in relation to buildings. A full copy of this By-law is deposited at the Office of the Mount Albert Borough Council, 530, New North Road, Auckland, and is eppn to the inspection of the public during offlce hours until the 24th day of September, 1040.
