Gollon—Martin.—Mr. and Mrs. J. Martin, of Botha Road, Penrose, announce the engagement between their youngest daughter, Lila May (Bonnie), and Gordon Ko?«, youngest son of Mr. ami Mrs. J. Gollon, Mount Wellington Highway, Ellerslie. RUGBY~DANCE. FOOTBALL DECORATIONS. The fourth annual ball of the Auckland Rugby Football Union, which was held in the Peter Pan cabaret last evening, was succesflfu. in every way. The cabaret was gaily decorated with the union colours, blue, and white, which were suspended from the ceiling. Oval panels with serrated edges featured Ku-iljy balls in silver glitter, while pennants strung between those units completed an attractive scene.
