RENOWN COLLIERIES.
ANNUAL MEETING HELD. The fifteenth annual meeting of directors of Renown Collieries, Limited, was held in the Chamber of Commerce tc-day, the chairman, Mr, W. F. Brooke-Taylor, presiding. The annual report, recording a net profit of £21,640, was adopted, and dividends were approved at the rate of 7 per cent on preference shares and lOd on ordinary shares, absorbing £7100. Mr. L. Wilson was re-elected to the directorate.
