Mrs. Harold Brainsby, who has been spending a few days with Mrs. R. G. McElroy, of Reniuera Road, will leave by the Mariposa for Sydney, where she will stay indefinitely. ' •*. * • Mrs. George Hodgson, of Heme Bay, with her daughter Xancy and Mrs. Lawrence Diedrich, of Ojai, California, arrived in Auckland by the Mariposa this morning. Mrs, Hodgson went to California for the marriage of her daughter, Betty, to Mr. Donald Diedrich. Mrs. Diedrich- will be the guest of Mrs. Robert Milne.
