Hore-Belisha Wants Stronger Offensive. HUNDRED ARMY DIVISIONS. British Official Wireless. (Reed. 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, Aug. 12. Addressing his constituents Mr. Leslie Hore-Belisha, former Minister of War, emphasised the necessity of carrying the war into the enemy's camp and not being content with a policy of defence. Stating thi't Britain must contemplate the creation of at least 100 army divisions, Mr. Hore-Belisha said: "The British people must appreciate forthwith that it is not possible to defeat the most ruthless and highly organised nations engaged against us, supported, as they tacitly are, by other powe ful satellites, unless they impose the most resolute efficiency in every compa-unent of our national life."
