TRANSFER OF GIFT.

BUM OF £1000 FOR BRITAIN. GISBORNE, Monday. Arrangements have been completed for the transfer of the Kia Ora Co-opera-tive Dairy Company's £1000 donation to the United Kingdom's win-the-war fund. The donation was the result of a decision passed by the annual meeting of shareholders last month. Mr. J. H. Sunderland, secretary of the company, stated to-day that the company hod received the permission of the Reserve Bank to transfer that amount to the British Government.
