THE PRIME MINISTER. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, has been absent from hie office ■since Parliament's adjournment. He had a severe cold, but recovered sufficiently to return early this afternoon. There were daily meetings of the War Cabinet prior to Mr. Fraser'e indisposition, and eoine were subsequently held, the Minister of Finance, the Hon. W. Nash, presiding. i
