DOCKYARD (NAVY DEPARTMENT), AUCKLAND, on the Temporary Staff; salary £400 per annum. Applicants, who should not be more than 45 years of age. should have a sound practical knowledge of steel shipbuilding and some drawing office experience. Preference will be given to candidates who are acquainted with work in relation to warships and. nlthougli not essential, a knowledge of naval architecture will be considered an advantage. The selected applicant will be required to supervise, under the Foreman of the Yard, the repair and refitting work »f cruisers, mine sweepers and other vessels of the New Zealand Naval Forces.
