(Received 10 a.m.) BERLIN, July 29. Hitler telegraphed his own and the German nation's congratulations to Mussolini on the letter's birthday. "Our wishes are for your personal wellbeing and the success of your leadership to the victorious end of our common tight for freedom by our nations," said the Fuehrer.
