LONG LEGAL CAREER

MR. C. J. TUNKS RETIRES.

After 55 years' association with the legal tirin of Jackson, Russell, Tuuks and West, Mr. C. J. Tunks, M.8.E., bar, retired from active practice. A f.ir<> xn.\ was tendered to him yesterday by present and past members of the firm. A large number attended and a presentation was made.

Appreciative references were made to Mr. Tunks' career as a citizen and in his profession.
