Attempted Assassination Of Wang Charged. EDUCATED IN NEW YORK. (Received 1 p.m.) SHANGHAI, July 17. According to a Japanese news broadcast secret service officials in Nanking arrested Chen San-sueh. a graduate of Columbia University. New York, and a prominent Chinese business man, on charges of the attempted assassination of Wang Ching-wei, leader of the -Tap"anese pup|>et Government in China, accusing him of attempting to form a gan £ of assassins in order to collect the price on Wang Ching-wei's head.
