(Kcccived 10 a.m.) LOXDOX, July 12. A number of questions concerning the 8.8.C. priority over the newspapers in the dissemination of communiques will be asked in the House of Commons on Wednesday. Sir Archibald Southhy (Con., Epsom. Surrey) will ask Mr. Duff Cooper, Minister of Information, whether priority established a policy and why the censor prevented Dominion and American correspondents from cabling the Duke of Windsor's appointment, also the naval action at Oran until after the news was broadcast by the BJJ.C. on short wave.
