RUMANIAN MINISTERS.
RESIGNATIONS REFUSED. (Received 1 p.m.) BUCHAREST, July 9. King Carol lias refused to accept the resignations of three of the four Iron Guard Ministers. Several millions of Rumanians are expected to be conscripted under a decree ordering civil mobilisation for farm and forest workers.
