Reported Attempt To Reach Martinique. WEST INDIES BLOCKADE? (Receivc/l 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, July 7. The correspondent of tlic Associated Press of Great Britain at Aruba, in tlio Dutch Antilles, near Venezuela, reports | tlmt the French auxiliary cruiser Esterl has embarked shore troops and equipment and left in an attempt to reach the French Island of Martinique, in the West Indies. It is authoritatively stated in Londoii that, contrary to certain reports, the -Martinique has not been blockaded by British warships as reported from Washington.
