GILDO'S 250 TH VICTOBY.

WELLINGTON. Sunday. Young Gildo, of Honolulu, won his 250 th fight when he defeated Jack Jarvis, New Zealand lightweight champion, on points over twelve three-minute rounds last night. The winner carried the light to his opponent practically throughout. Jarvis offered brilliant defence, but was worried In the later stages by Gildo's constant peppering of his face.
