(Received 10 a.m.) OTTAWA. July o. The Prime Minister, Mr. W. L. Mackenzie King, k introducing in the House of Commons on Monday a Treachery Act, providing the death penalty for treachery and life imprisonment for acts with intent to assist the enemy.
