FRANKLIN RACING CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Franklin Racing Club will be held at Pukekohe on Monday, Angust 5. Nominations for officebearers are due at noon next Thursday with the secretary, Mr. W. J. Short.
ANSWERS TO CORRESPONDENTS.
LIGHT-WEIGHT (City).—Esperance Bay was third in the Glen Hurdles at tlie Wellington meeting on. October 19 last, and won the Riruu Hurdles on October 21.
