SOVIET OFFICIAL SUSPENDED. (IlcLflriHl -J p.m.) LOXDOX, July 4. A Moscow message says that M. Lazare Kaganovich, deputy Premier and Commissar for Heavy Industries, who i*s Stalin's brother-in-law and is known as the Kremlin's human dynamo, has been released from his duties.
