REMAIN ON CHANNEL ISLES. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, July 3. • The Bishop of Winchester, addressing the Diocesan Conference, announced that two deans and almost all the clergy had remained on the Channel Islands, which had been occupied by the Germans.
