UNION'S RESOLUTION.

CHAMBERLAIN DISTRUSTED. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, July 3. The National Union of Railwaymen passed a resolution demanding the repeal of the Trade Union Disputes Act.

The Kidderminster representative, Mr. J. "Ferguson, moving the resolution, said: "Wβ are not going to have our behaviour judged by Mr. Chamberlain and hie kind."

The union yesterday passed a resolution for the removal from the Cabinet of members who had supported the "appeasement" policy and appointed a delegation to wait on Mr. Churchill to press the matter. t
