I REMINDER OF LOST LINER. — Large quantities of fuel oil from the mined Niagara have been leashed ashore on the beach at Waipu Cove. It is a sticky mass, which extends for some considerable distance, and dotted along at frequent intervals are dead penguins which were trapped in the oil.
