DEMOCRAT'S DECISION. » (Received 10.30 a.m.) ST. LOUIS, July 2. Senator Burton K. Wheeler said that nis name was being presented for Presidential nomination at the Democratic convention whether or not President Roosevelt seeks a third term. Previously Mr. Wheeler said he would be a candidate only if Mr. Roosevelt did not run.
