AUCKLAND SCOTTISH.
OFFICERS AND N.C.O.'S.
Officers and non-commissioned officers of the Auckland Company of the Xew Zealand Scottish Regiment marched through Queen Street yesterday when on their way to the District' School. Narrow Xeck, for a special course of two months' duration before their unit is mobilised for three months' training. Thoee attending the course are:—

In order to bring the company up to strength by September 1, when the unit goes into camp at Waiouru, .50 recruits are required. It is stipulated that the men must be of Scottish descent and of a height of sft Sin or over. A selection committee representing Scottish societies interviews recruits each Wednesday.
